What we do

Pediatric Occupational Therapists (OTs) help children do the everyday things they need and want to do —whether that's playing, learning, getting dressed, or eating a meal without stress. We look at a child's development through a holistic lens, supporting their physical, emotional, and sensory needs guided by evidence-based strategies.

At Life Skills Occupational Therapy, we focus on building real-life skills in a fun and engaging way to help kids grow into confident and independent individuals. We support both neurodivergent children with a diagnosis and neurotypical children who may simply need extra guidance to build foundational skills.

Whether it's learning to manage big emotions, following a daily routine, or improving coordination, we equip children and families with practical tools they can use every day.

Our services include 1:1 child therapy, as well as parent coaching, virtually and in-home in Mississauga and Oakville.
