Building stronger skills for every day life
Personalized Occupational Therapy services to help you and your child gain confidence, independence, and success.
Holistic support and guidance that your child needs to thrive
Life Skills Occupational Therapy was founded to help families build strong foundational skills to do the things they need to do, want to do, and would like to do.
Using a holistic, family-centred, and culturally grounded approach, we help enhance physical, cognitive, emotional regulation, and sensory processing skills that support meaningful participation in daily life.
As a pediatric Occupational Therapist, I work with neurodivergent and neurotypical children to nurture skill development, self-regulation, and other essential life skills. I offer virtual therapy and in-person therapy in Mississauga and Oakville.
My goal is to create a supportive space where parents feel empowered to support their children, and every child is encouraged to grow and thrive with joy, confidence and connection.
